K’s Lighting has been working closely with Contractors, Designers, and homeowners for over 45 years. We have the knowledge and support to help you make your house a home with over 60 lighting and fan vendors to choose from. With our passion and dedication, we feel one of the benefits of working with K’s Lighting is that you have our design expertise supporting your project from start to finish. We build and retain solid relationships with quality Contractors, Electricians, Designers: building trust through expert knowledge, reliable service, and support.

 

What Support You Get From K’s Lighting:

  • When construction begins, we ask that the contractor or homeowner schedule a lighting consult.  The best time to start this process is once the home has been framed.  We have found that the framing stage allows the homeowner to better visualize the space they are trying to light.

  • Our showroom consultations can be scheduled for 2-hour time frames at $200.00.  We also offer job site consultations for $300.00 The cost of these consultations is then applied back to your order once you place it. 

  • We work closely with your contractors to establish a solid list of lighting needs, and thoroughly go over your blueprint electrical plan during your consult.  Your consultant will assist you with the design, style, and selections for each location on the inside and outside of your home or project.  With over 60 lighting and fan vendors to choose from, we are confident you will find the right pieces to light your home and reflect your personality.

  • Once your contractor determines the schedule for installation, we ask that your purchase orders be placed with a 50% deposit.  Vendors will ship the fixtures to our showroom’s warehouse at which time we will label each box and assign the appropriate bulbs to your fixture. Final payment of the lighting package is due at pickup, or by the 10th of the month if prior arrangements have been made.

Pricing depends on many variables; however, we offer competitive prices to our established contractors as a perk for partnering with us. Most of all… we will do all we can to get you the quality and style you are looking for on your construction or remodel project.
